You may or may not know that there are a range of various Invisalign packages that you can choose from if you have decided to improve your smile. In this blog post, we look at Invisalign Lite and give you information to help you decide if this is the right treatment for you. Let’s get started.
What is Invisalign Lite?
Invisalign Lite operates in much the same way as the traditional Invisalign teeth aligner system. You’ll find that the difference with the Lite treatment is that it’s designed for less complex cases. These would typically result in a shorter treatment period for you. Note though that it still provides you with the aesthetic and efficient benefits of the full Invisalign system.
What Are The Specific Differences Between Invisalign & the Lite option?
During your consultation, we’ll assess your specific needs and advise on which type of Invisalign is the best option for you. This will depend on a number of things, but primarily we look at things like whether you have a narrow smile, and the extent of how misaligned your teeth currently are. Invisalign Lite offers you up to 14 aligners to help correct any minor discrepancies you have. Whereas the full Invisalign package gives you total flexibility with the number of aligners you have, and also comes with some other additions such as a 5-year aligner guarantee. We’ll give you all the help you need to decide on the right package.
How much is Invisalign Lite?
Prices for the Lite system start from £1,500. This lowest cost would be if you needed a Single arch. Prices for a dual arch start from £2,400. You can book a consultation specifically for this kind of treatment on our dedicated Invisalign page. You can also find out much more information about everything to do with Invisalign there.
How long does it take?
Invisalign Lite typically takes about 6-7 months to complete. This could vary though depending on your specific case. We can advise you on specific time frames during your consultation.
