Moved from Leeds to London and joined up with Simply Teeth as my new dental surgery. Recently refurbished it is clean... and new inside which is great. I got an appointment quickly without hassle and the staff were helpful setting it all up. The text message reminder notifications were also very helpful to remind me of my appointment. I’m usually very scared of dentists! But was pleasantly surprised after my visit today. I was reassured, wasn’t... rushed and was made to feel comfortable during my dental work. **Update: they arranged an appointment after seeing this and then the receptionist kept trying to pressure me to change... my review. Sad that I had to leave a review to get taken seriously and receive the level of care I paid for. £500+ for a mouth guard. 🙄 My review still stands.**My whole family cannot stand this practice. We all stopped going there because of the receptionist. The one with the glasses particular is so patronising and clearly doesn't listen. Literally want to take your money and shove you out the door.I had an issue with a retainer which I called to clarify with the dentist about. Didn't hear back at all, after paying so much money. I made the appointment for a specific reason and was told I'd need to come back for another appointment to address the issue. Well don't waste my time and money then?read more

Fantastic service from a fantastic team. I was able to make an emergency appointment due to tooth sensitivity and was... seen to very quickly. They were all very welcoming from the receptionist to Dr Sihra, whom I was seen by. He was extremely through and I was given the best course of action and advice going forward. When booking wasn't told this was a private booking and the costs are different, went in on the day, again nothing... mentioned, until I asked the NHS fee etc.. then was told: "oh this is a private appointment, didn't the receptionist who booked you tell you??" Not good. Feel like they try and steer you towards private fee's as once you arrived you have either pay the private fee, or re-book as NHS appointment which is then months away. Luckily I managed to book somewhere else within a week, NOT MONTHS away.stay clear is my advice.read more

Always had great service, staff are friendly, will go out of their way to explain what is happening and provide... breakdown of any costs. Will never push you into having something done unless absolutely necessary. Reception staff are polite and helpful.
